On March 1, the Northern Deanery Catholic High School (NDCHS) formally submitted its application to be approved as the newest secondary school in the Archdiocese of Seattle. The Office for Catholic Schools is recommending approval for NDCHS to Archbishop Etienne, and it is possible that we will hear his response to this recommendation by end of May. However, May 31 is not a hard deadline and the Archbishop may require more time for discernment.
NDCHS leadership remains hopeful and committed to our mission throughout this process, and we will share updates with our community once we learn Archbishop Eitienne’s decision. Thank you for your continued prayers, encouragement, and support in the meantime!
